To book a workshop place, click on the price you will be paying (non-member, NELIY member, or concession), and then 'Add to cart'.
When you complete the booking form, write the name of the workshop teacher (or event) in the 'Notes about the order' section.
We'll send you an email to confirm availability and ask you to pay by bank transfer.
By booking a workshop with NELIY, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
- Your place on the workshop is confirmed only when full payment has been received.
- If you join a waiting list for a workshop, you will not be asked to pay unless you are subsequently offered a place.
- If you cancel more than 18 calendar days before the workshop date, you may request a refund, which will be paid less a £5 administration fee. Alternatively, you may request and receive full credit for a future NELIY workshop.
- If the workshop is less than 18 calendar days away, no refund will be given, but you may give or sell your place to someone else. If you wish to do this, you must advise NELIY of the name of your proposed replacement, and wait for a message approving the substitution. Alternatively, you may request credit for a future NELIY workshop, but this is at NELIY’s discretion.
- We reserve the right to cancel a workshop, or change the venue or teacher. NELIY will only do this under exceptional circumstances, and with as much notice as possible.
- A full refund of fees paid will be offered to you if we cancel a workshop, or you may opt to receive credit for a future workshop.
- Occasionally, someone from NELIY may take photographs in workshops, for use on social media and in promotional material. Please let the workshop host or photographer know if you do not want your image to appear in any photographs.
- All queries, cancellation and substitution requests should be directed to the Workshop team (events@neliy.org.uk).
Workshop (member price)
Our 3-hour workshops are £35 if you are a current member of NELIY, so add this to your shopping cart to book for a workshop if that's you. When you book, please state the name of the workshop teacher, and when you pay, give your name as a reference.
If you're on a low income, NELIY offers members a concessionary workshop rate of £25 (go back and find that price ticket if you need it).
